Gambling Should Stay Affordable

This site is about getting paid quickly, and none of it matters if the money going in is money you needed. Gambling is entertainment with a negative expected return. Over time the house wins; that is the design, not bad luck.

Decide what you can afford to lose before you deposit, and treat it as spent the moment it arrives.

Warning Signs

Chasing losses with bigger bets. Gambling with money set aside for something else. Borrowing to play. Hiding how much you have staked. Feeling you have to keep going to get even. Gambling to escape stress or low mood. Broken promises to yourself about stopping.

If more than one of those is familiar, it is worth talking to somebody today rather than after the next session.

Tools You Can Use Today

Every operator listed here offers deposit limits, loss limits, session reminders, cooling-off periods and self-exclusion. They are in the account settings and they work.

Blocking software such as Gamban or BetBlocker covers your devices. A self-exclusion set while you feel fine is much easier than one set in a bad moment — that is exactly when to do it.

One more that helps: withdraw regularly instead of letting a balance sit in an account. Money you have taken out is far harder to lose back.
